a trip to the country

the {english countryside} is one of my new favorite things in the whole entire world.
we hit up a ton of different places this last wednesday.
i will show you:
first of all there are sheep and yellow flowers.
everywhere.
and next to the sheep are prehistoric landmarks
and in front of the prehistoric landmark are a bunch of byu students (if you're lucky)
next was wilton house, although i hate to tell you the tall, dark and handsome earl who lives in this beautiful place is engaged to be married in a few weeks
aw well
so instead of attempting to woo the earl i decided to read jane austen out on the absolutely lovely lawn
this was a better decision i think
and last were the lovely gardens at stourhead
is this not breathtaking?
and i  finally realized why the english so often go for walks
apollo's temple at the top of the hill.
and yes this is where mr. darcy proposed to elizabeth bennet in pride & prejudice in the rain.
favorite.
oh and modeling in front of the temple is a must

oh and so is immatating the statues around the temple.
***
there. now you've seen a bit of the english countryside.
i hope you enjoyed it
