how?

 How is it that I've been going to this class every T/Th from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. for FOUR months now and somehow I decided class started at 9:00 this morning?

I strode through door 324 with such confidence only to get three steps in, make eye-contact with a bunch of random people and realize - something's not right - at which point I made a 180 and ran back out the door.

How do I do things like this?  They seem to happen much more often than they should even with me taking such pains to check and double check and triple check my actions...

Ah well, such is life I suppose.  Here's to hoping someone will find it entertaining one day.
